Overview
Consultant to support the management, verification, and analysis of a large volume of documentary evidence related to conflict-related sexual violence (CRSV) cases in Colombia.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the work of junior consultants.
- Review, validate, and ensure the quality and consistency of data.
- Ensure accurate integration of verified data into the information management system.
- Organize and supervise the analysis of the dataset.
- Oversee and validate the integration of geospatial information.
- Consolidate and finalize analytical outputs.
- Provide regular progress updates and contribute to analytical outputs.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in human rights documentation, transitional justice, or criminal investigation.
- Demonstrated experience in systematization of large datasets and management of information systems, ideally within the justice or human rights sectors.
- Proven familiarity with cases of sexual and gender-based violence and/or the Colombian armed conflict.
- Experience in geospatial analysis and use of mapping tools.
Qualifications
Advanced university degree (Master's or equivalent) in Law, Political Science, Sociology, International Relations, Information Management, or related field.
