Overview

Consultant to support the management, verification, and analysis of a large volume of documentary evidence related to conflict-related sexual violence (CRSV) cases in Colombia.


Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of junior consultants.
  • Review, validate, and ensure the quality and consistency of data.
  • Ensure accurate integration of verified data into the information management system.
  • Organize and supervise the analysis of the dataset.
  • Oversee and validate the integration of geospatial information.
  • Consolidate and finalize analytical outputs.
  • Provide regular progress updates and contribute to analytical outputs.
Required Experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in human rights documentation, transitional justice, or criminal investigation.
  • Demonstrated experience in systematization of large datasets and management of information systems, ideally within the justice or human rights sectors.
  • Proven familiarity with cases of sexual and gender-based violence and/or the Colombian armed conflict.
  • Experience in geospatial analysis and use of mapping tools.
Qualifications

Advanced university degree (Master's or equivalent) in Law, Political Science, Sociology, International Relations, Information Management, or related field.
