Overview
Enhance institutional and human capacity of key stakeholders to support adolescent girls in accessing comprehensive information and essential services related to Gender Based Violence Against Women and Girls (GBVAWG).
Key Responsibilities
- Review, translate into Arabic, and adapt existing training materials.
- Design and implement pre and post-training assessments.
- Organize and deliver three rounds of 3-day training workshops.
- Submit final training slides, additional reading materials, research papers, and best practice guides in electronic formats.
- Compile and submit a comprehensive final report.
Required Experience
- Minimum of [4-6] years of progressive professional experience in designing and delivering capacity-building programs, particularly on adolescent related topics, GBVAWG, youth health, or related social development topics.
- Demonstrated experience in developing comprehensive training curricula and materials for adult learners.
- Strong familiarity with the Egyptian context, particularly regarding women's and adolescent girls' rights, health services, and relevant governmental structures.
- Prior experience working with UN agencies (e.g., UNFPA) or EU-funded programs is a strong asset.
Qualifications
• Advanced university degree (Master's or PhD) in Public Health, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Gender Studies, Education, or a related field relevant to training subject.
