Overview
Seeking a Team Leader for the Document Management Centre (CAD) Team in ENER-Luxembourg. The role involves leading a team, acting as Deputy Document Management Officer and Registry Control Officer, and overseeing document management activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the CAD team – plan, assign and monitor tasks to ensure smooth operations, report and provide advice to the management as needed.
- Act as deputy DMO – ensure correct application of e-Domec rules and update the procedures as needed, provide support to the users and participate in relevant meetings and networks.
- Oversee proper records management in ENER-Luxembourg – filing, archiving, and transfer of documents to the Historical Archives, assist the units in organising and managing their documents.
- Serve as Registry Control Officer - manage EU Classified Information and the Registry, ensure secure processing, access, and destruction of classified information in line with security provisions.
Required Experience
Experience in document management. Experience with document management tools/information systems, or IT-related projects would be considered an asset.
Qualifications
- a level of post-secondary education attested by a diploma, or
- a level of secondary education attested by a diploma giving access to post-secondary education, and appropriate professional experience of at least three years.
