Overview
The Operations Specialist will enhance the quality, rigor, and efficiency of departmental processes and outputs within the Central and West Asia Department. The role provides analytical support for management decision-making and strengthens operational document quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare management briefs, presentations, talking points, and reports.
- Enhance quality and consistency of briefing materials.
- Conduct quality reviews of project and operational documents.
- Provide analytical inputs to corporate reporting, departmental planning, and operational reviews.
- Assess internal workflows and recommend improvements.
- Develop and implement operational tools.
- Oversee and enhance information database and knowledge systems.
- Improve data quality, organization, and reporting processes.
- Support adoption of digital and AI-enabled solutions.
- Perform other tasks aligned with the work plan.
Required Experience
- At least 6 years of relevant professional experience in international setting.
- Experience in Central and West Asia region will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience in multilateral development bank's operational procedures and business process covering programing, project preparation and processing, project implementation and portfolio management, and operation evaluation.
- Knowledge of sector or thematic operations.
Qualifications
• University degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or other related fields preferably with post-graduate level or its equivalent.
