Overview

The Programme Manager (Infrastructure Finance) role is responsible for operationalizing Giga's financing strategy by coordinating engagement with financial institutions and private sector partners to structure financing solutions and develop digital infrastructure investment pipelines.


Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Mobilization and Portfolio Growth with IFIs
  • Digital Infrastructure Project Financing
  • Funding Tracker/ CRM System of Connectivity Projects and Key Donor Accounts
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Capacity Building
  • Financing Strategy Development
Required Experience

At least 8 years of relevant work experience in financial management, infrastructure project finance, financial advisory, investment, emerging market, strategy consulting, engaging with development finance institutions and government stakeholders is required or a related fields is required.

Qualifications

Master or equivalent (Advanced University Degree) in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, International Development and any other related fields. A Bachelor or equivalent (First Level University Degree) in a relevant area combined with 2 additional years of relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of an advanced university degree.
