Overview

Engage a DevOps specialist for operational support of the "ePamiatka" system, responsible for maintaining stable system operation, infrastructure control, and prompt response to infrastructure-related incidents.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide basic operational support for the "ePamiatka" system's state digital infrastructure.
  • Maintain existing continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes.
  • Support the current technical and deployment architecture.
  • Keep existing Terraform/Ansible configurations up to date.
  • Monitor pod status, node health, load, and resource utilization.
  • Ensure stable operation of the "ePamiatka" register at the infrastructure and environments level.
  • Verify system health using monitoring tools and perform manual log reviews during incidents.
  • Provide technical support for the implementation of changes.
  • Offer basic support for integrations and APIs.
  • Perform operational health checks of existing environments and services.
  • Diagnose and resolve infrastructure incidents under normal conditions.
  • Verify backups on a regular basis.
  • Cooperate with development teams, GIS specialists, and analysts.
Required Experience
  • At least 4-5 years of relevant professional experience in DevOps and operational support of information systems, in particular support of production environments operating in continuous availability mode.
  • Experience with containerised environments and container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes or similar solutions).
  • Experience in supporting continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes.
  • Practical experience with cloud and on-premises infrastructure (Amazon Web Services (AWS), VMware, Proxmox or similar solutions).
  • Experience with monitoring, logging, and incident management tools.
  • Understanding of database and data storage systems.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) approaches.
  • Experience working with public sector digital registries will be considered an advantage.
  • Experience with networking components of container environments and storage systems in Kubernetes is desirable.
  • Experience working with high-load or critical systems, as well as participation in public or interagency IT projects, is an advantage.
Qualifications

• Higher education in information technology, computer science, software engineering, cybersecurity, system administration, or related fields.
