Overview

The Fundraising Officer will manage and ensure the operation of the Face to Face program to achieve established goals and contribute to the correct implementation of F2F campaigns.


Key Responsibilities
  • Define F2F strategies, campaigns, and timelines aligned with the PFP Annual Plan.
  • Develop annual plans and projections based on KPIs.
  • Lead planning for campaigns, testing, innovation, and benchmarking initiatives.
  • Provide strategic and technical support for KPI definition, reporting, and performance management.
  • Monitor key KPIs and drive data-based decision-making to optimize campaign performance.
  • Manage supplier relationships and ensure timely incident follow-up and performance analysis.
  • Lead and coordinate internal teams and external agencies to maximize F2F program performance.
  • Strengthen collaboration across Individual Giving, operations, and field teams.
  • Promote training, capacity building, and knowledge sharing across all levels.
  • Conduct analysis to improve campaign results, efficiency, and donor retention.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to support accountability and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to share best practices and identify opportunities.
  • Ensure efficient, cost-effective program operations and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Manage budgeting, procurement, and coordination with finance and external providers.
  • Support operational efficiency initiatives and inter-agency collaboration.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and NGOs to implement F2F strategies.
  • Coordinate closely with Individual Giving units and operational teams.
  • Maintain communication with regional/global F2F counterparts to align strategies and share insights.
Required Experience
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience in sales, trade marketing, marketing, fundraising, or training.
  • 4 years of professional experience leading sales teams.
  • Proven experience leading Face-to-Face (F2F) sales operations.
  • Relevant experience at country level, particularly in development, fragile settings and humanitarian contexts.
Qualifications

First University Degree (i.e. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent) in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Communications or related field is required.

Languages Preferred
Intermediate level of English is desirable. Knowledge of a local language of the duty station (as quechua, aimara, and indigenous or amazonic dialects) is highly desirable. Knowledge of another official UN language is considered as an asset.
