Overview
To support the implementation of a public awareness-raising campaign on CBRN safety for the civilian population of Ukraine, including dissemination of campaign materials, audience outreach, and monitoring of campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of the communication strategy through the selection and use of appropriate communication channels (both digital and non-digital).
- Develop and implement outreach and dissemination approaches tailored to different target audiences.
- Coordinate dissemination of campaign materials across digital platforms and non-digital channels.
- Support development and placement of digital content, including web materials and online communication products.
- Support execution of digital communication activities and dissemination of campaign materials through non-digital channels.
- Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of communication activities and provide recommendations.
- Support the adaptation of communication approaches based on performance data and feedback.
- Prepare analytical inputs and reports on communication performance and outreach results.
Required Experience
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in communications, media, outreach or related field.
- Experience in implementation of communication or public information campaigns, awareness-raising, social, or behavioural communication projects.
- Experience in working with communication channels, including digital platforms and/or non-digital channels.
- Experience in development or dissemination of communication materials across different formats.
- Experience in developing or supporting digital communication activities and/or media outreach and non-digital communication activities.
- Experience working with public sector institutions and/or international organizations would be an advantage.
Qualifications
- First-level university degree in communications, PR, marketing, journalism, public relations, media or another related field would be an asset.
- Completion of relevant professional courses or certifications in communications, PR, marketing, public awareness campaigns, or related fields would be considered as strong advantage.
