Overview
To develop a comprehensive strategic framework for a public awareness-raising campaign on СBRN safety for the civilian population of Ukraine, and to provide strategic guidance during its implementation phase.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct mapping of existing communication and awareness-raising initiatives.
- Conduct analysis of target audiences.
- Identify target audiences and define key messages, communication objectives, and communication channels.
- Develop a comprehensive communication strategy.
- Provide strategic guidance for the development of communication and information materials.
- Ensure coherence, clarity, and relevance of campaign messaging.
- Propose approaches for dissemination, as well as indicators and methodologies for monitoring and evaluation.
- Monitor implementation progress, identify risks or gaps, and recommend timely adjustments.
- Provide recommendations for optimizing campaign performance and outreach.
- Prepare relevant strategic documents and reports.
Required Experience
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in communications, public awareness campaign management, media, marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in developing and implementing communication strategies for public information campaigns, awareness-raising, social, or behavioural communication projects.
- Experience working with public sector institutions and/or international organizations would be an advantage.
- Experience in managing multi-stakeholder projects and ensuring timely delivery under tight deadlines.
Qualifications
- First-level university degree in communications, PR, public policy, marketing, sociology, journalism, or another related field.
- Completion of relevant professional courses or certifications in communications, PR, marketing, public awareness campaigns, behavioural science, or related fields would be considered as strong advantage.
