Overview
Provide technical, coordination, and quality assurance support for a digital communication and Social Media Marketing (SMM) campaign targeting vulnerable populations, particularly Roma communities, to raise awareness on safe migration.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the review and refinement of the content plan and timeline.
- Ensure alignment of media and communication materials with IOM standards, project objectives, and target audience needs.
- Participate in coordination between the media company, Roma mediators, influencers, NGOs, and institutional partners.
- Track implementation progress and ensure timely delivery of outputs.
- Review and provide feedback on campaign materials including video scripts, visual materials, and audio content.
- Ensure materials are culturally appropriate, accurate, and compliant with IOM branding.
- Support video production coordination.
- Advise and coordinate with the company in planning and coordinating dissemination across social media platforms.
- Monitor campaign rollout and flag issues.
- Support review and finalization of campaign banner, infographics, and radio audio spot.
- Support monitoring of campaign performance.
- Provide periodic updates on implementation progress.
- Prepare a final report summarizing activities, results, lessons learned, and recommendations.
Required Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in communications, media, or social media campaigns.
- Experience working with external service providers or managing communication projects.
- Experience in community-based campaigns or work with vulnerable groups is an asset.
- Experience in working with international organizations and UN agencies is an asset.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, Social Sciences, or related field.
