Overview
The Community Development Facilitator organizes and mobilizes target schools and communities to ensure sustainable impact and ownership of project interventions, and acts as the direct implementer and information gatherer for project activities.

Required Experience
3-5 years' experience in community development interventions
Qualifications
- A relevant diploma or certificate from a recognized institution
- Computer skills
- Understanding community empowerment approaches to development
- Good communication (local Knowledge)
- English (Read and Write)
- Problem Solving skills
- Convincing and mobilizing skills
- Ability to work in a diverse culture
