Internship Knowledge Management – Social and Behaviour Change (SBC) - UNICEF Maputo, Mozambique

Overview

Support the SBC team in operationalizing Knowledge Management (KM) functions, focusing on documentation, organization, and sharing of programme knowledge to enhance learning and visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Support documentation of SBC best practices, case studies, and lessons learned.
• Assist in compiling content from programme sections in Health and Child Marriage.
• Support synthesis of behavioural evidence and programme insights.
• Support development of briefs and summaries of projects, presentations, and simple visual products.
• Assist in preparing content for internal learning and external visibility.

Required Experience

Desirables: Experience or exposure to knowledge management, communications, or development programmes. Familiarity with SBC concepts or community engagement work. Experience in producing simple knowledge products such as briefs, summaries, or presentations. Basic understanding of digital tools for content management or information sharing.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Master’s degree programme in Communication for Development, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Health, or Behavioral Sciences.
