This consultancy involves organizing and delivering a training workshop on gender and anti-corruption investigations, revising training materials, facilitating expert consultations, and compiling recommendations to strengthen Haiti's national framework on gender and anti-corruption.
A minimum of 10 years of professional experience as an investigator practitioner or working in an anti-corruption authority, civil society organization, or academia, including in-depth understanding of gender, is required. Experience working on gender-related issues, in particular in connection with investigation of corruption cases is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as research skills and experience in drafting analytical reports are required. Proven capacity to work independently and with minimal supervision is required.
An advanced university degree (master’s degree or equivalent) in law, social sciences, public administration, economics or closely related field is required. A first level university degree in similar fields in combination with two additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
