Overview
Provide administrative and organisational support to the Director, including agenda and mission management, and assist with various administrative and coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage agenda and missions
- Assist with briefing attribution
- Plan and manage human and financial resources of the Directorate
- Ensure circulation of documents
- Manage documents
- Liaise with EU agencies such as ESMA and the ESAs
- Draft minutes, reports, and briefings
Required Experience
- Appropriate professional experience of at least three years (if secondary education diploma)
- Practical knowledge of the Commission’s budgetary rules and administrative procedures
- Proficiency in standard Commission tools (Ares, Basis, MIPS, Sysper, Decide)
- Advanced MS Office skills
Qualifications
- A level of post-secondary education attested by a diploma, OR
- A level of secondary education attested by a diploma giving access to post-secondary education
