Overview
Manage the ICLA database, supervise data entry and cleaning, and provide technical guidance to ICLA teams and partners. Contribute to monitoring, evaluation, and learning activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day maintenance of ICLA database
- Supervise data entry and data cleaning processes
- Support project participants allocations in coordination with ICLA Project Manager
- Produce internal and external data reports
- Support data collection and processing exercises
- Review and integrate data provided by ICLA implementing partners
- Contribute to outcome monitoring activities
- Support the roll out of the Kobli legal case management module
- Provide technical guidance and training to ICLA field teams and partners
- Promote data quality control
- Ensure database back up and data archiving
- Collaborate closely with ICLA and MEL teams
- Perform other tasks related to data management
Required Experience
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar position
- Previous experience in data management and reporting
- Previous experience in working in complex and volatile contexts
Qualifications
• University degree in information technology, computer science, statistics, social sciences or any other related field of study or proven experience of working with data management or reporting
