Overview
Support the delivery of multiple activities within the Future of Materials Program by coordinating activities, engaging stakeholders, and integrating insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Program through coordination of its various activities.
- Coordinate team calendars/milestones, scheduling, communications for the Program.
- Support the identification and engagement of stakeholders in programming and events.
- Support internal coordination with business teams and business engagement focal points.
- Support the Program through identifying and prioritizing key global and regional events.
- Support the convenings, dialogues and insight generation efforts of the initiative “Transitioning Materials Systems”.
- Coordinate and support the delivery of a relevant calendar of activities for the communities.
- Lead and maintain a continuous pipeline of individuals to recruit in the different communities.
- Support the integration of insights from the communities into outputs of the broader Future of Materials program.
Required Experience
3-5 years of relevant professional experience in multistakeholder contexts. Familiarity with global materials topics and international context.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in the engineering, the physical sciences, economics, sustainable development, international relations, public policy, or related fields.
