Overview

The role is responsible for stewarding the Forum’s institutional events, ensuring a uniform standard of excellence in programme design and delivery. It involves collaborating with thematic teams to identify emerging issues and shape programmes aligned with strategic priorities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and socializing programme design frameworks, structures, processes, and tools.
  • Supporting collaboration with thematic Centres and other teams to scan emerging issues and identify experts.
  • Leading programme development and speaker selection processes for institutional events.
  • Ensuring live session delivery for virtual and in-person events.
  • Scanning for emerging issues and identifying or engaging relevant experts within thematic portfolios.
  • Conducting thorough post-event debriefs of the editorial process.
Required Experience
  • 4+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience with programme development targeting a global audience.
  • Experience engaging business, government, and non-profit audiences in international environments.
  • Proven track record of project management and coordination.
  • Proven experience at identifying strategically salient questions and marshalling data.
Qualifications

• Advanced university degree in business, media, communications, economics, journalism, or other relevant fields.

Languages Required
• Fluency in English, with excellent written, digital and verbal communication skills.
Languages Preferred
• Knowledge of other languages would be an asset.

Remuneration
• The annual salary range for this role is $80,000-85,000 in New York.
