Overview

The role focuses on building and reinforcing relationships with Partner Representatives for Forum Partner companies within the Middle East and Africa region, ensuring high-quality engagement and managing partner success.


Key Responsibilities
  • Act as key point of contact for delivering Partner Engagement plans and strategies.
  • Onboard new Partners into the Forum ecosystem.
  • Facilitate engagement of Partners across Forum’s communities and initiatives.
  • Monitor Partner news and health to flag and manage potential risks.
  • Contribute to Partner engagement opportunity processes, including upgrades.
  • Contribute to Partners’ and prospective Partners’ participation in events.
  • Manage contracts and invoicing, and follow up on unpaid invoices.
  • Identify areas for process optimisation and automation.
  • Leverage digital tools and platforms for communication and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure smooth offboarding of Partners.
Required Experience
  • At least 3 years of professional work experience in a relevant industry.
  • Successful track record in account management and business relationship development.
  • Proven ability to engage with Partner Representatives.
Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
