Overview
The role focuses on building and reinforcing relationships with Partner Representatives for Forum Partner companies within the Middle East and Africa region, ensuring high-quality engagement and managing partner success.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as key point of contact for delivering Partner Engagement plans and strategies.
- Onboard new Partners into the Forum ecosystem.
- Facilitate engagement of Partners across Forum’s communities and initiatives.
- Monitor Partner news and health to flag and manage potential risks.
- Contribute to Partner engagement opportunity processes, including upgrades.
- Contribute to Partners’ and prospective Partners’ participation in events.
- Manage contracts and invoicing, and follow up on unpaid invoices.
- Identify areas for process optimisation and automation.
- Leverage digital tools and platforms for communication and operational efficiency.
- Ensure smooth offboarding of Partners.
Required Experience
- At least 3 years of professional work experience in a relevant industry.
- Successful track record in account management and business relationship development.
- Proven ability to engage with Partner Representatives.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
