Overview

This internship offers hands-on experience in digital fundraising and marketing within the UN system, focusing on donor experience, acquisition, paid media, and analytics.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting with the management of the donor mailbox and responding to queries.
  • Utilizing Salesforce CRM to manage and update donor information.
  • Assisting with the production of fundraising and engagement emails and managing the email marketing platform.
  • Researching new digital ideas, best practices, and trends.
  • Assisting in auditing and testing donation pages.
  • Helping set up, manage, and optimize paid search, paid social, and display accounts.
  • Supporting in building creative assets.
  • Assisting with data quality audits in Google Analytics.
  • Providing administrative support to the team.
Qualifications
  • Be either a recent graduate (having completed their studies within two years of applying) or a current student in a graduate/undergraduate school programme from a university or higher education facility accredited by IAU/UNESCO;
  • Have completed at least two years of undergraduate studies in a field relevant or of interest to the work of UNHCR.

Remuneration
Interns who do not receive financial support from an outside party will receive an allowance to partially help to cover the cost of food, local transportation and living expenses
