Overview
This internship offers hands-on experience in digital fundraising and marketing within the UN system, focusing on donor experience, acquisition, paid media, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the management of the donor mailbox and responding to queries.
- Utilizing Salesforce CRM to manage and update donor information.
- Assisting with the production of fundraising and engagement emails and managing the email marketing platform.
- Researching new digital ideas, best practices, and trends.
- Assisting in auditing and testing donation pages.
- Helping set up, manage, and optimize paid search, paid social, and display accounts.
- Supporting in building creative assets.
- Assisting with data quality audits in Google Analytics.
- Providing administrative support to the team.
Qualifications
- Be either a recent graduate (having completed their studies within two years of applying) or a current student in a graduate/undergraduate school programme from a university or higher education facility accredited by IAU/UNESCO;
- Have completed at least two years of undergraduate studies in a field relevant or of interest to the work of UNHCR.
