Overview

Provide operational and functional support to the Meeting and Travel Services (MTS), ensuring efficient system utilization, adherence to organizational policies, and timely resolution of operational and technical issues.


Key Responsibilities
  • - Act as point of contact for MTS-related business queries; provide training and guidance to staff on system usage.
  • - Validate meeting and travel requests and expense reports for compliance; generate and analyze meeting and travel-related reports for management.
  • - Identify gaps and propose enhancements to workflows; liaise with IT and vendors for system updates and troubleshooting.
  • - Ensure adherence to meeting and travel policies and regulatory requirements.
  • - Monthly meeting, travel, and expense reports
  • - User training sessions and updated user guides
  • - Issue logs and resolution reports
  • - Recommendations for process improvements
Required Experience
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in secretarial or administrative positions is required for candidates with a secondary education diploma, or three (3) years of relevant experience for candidates holding a bachelor's degree.
  • Relevant experience in the World Health Organization (WHO ) or another UN agency is an asset.
  • Experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP ) systems is an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of meeting, travel policies, and expense management
  • Proficiency in Event and Travel Management System (TMS ) platforms (e.g., Cvent, SAP Concur, Amadeus, or similar)
  • Analytical skills for reporting and data validation
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams

Remuneration
• Volunteer Living Allowance: 2,349.66 TND • Entry lump sum: 350 USD • Relocation costs: 200 USD at the beginning and end of the assignment if the duty station is located outside the commuting area • Exit allowance (paid upon successful completion of the assignment): 195.81 TND per month served, paid at the end of the contract.
