Overview

Facilitate psycho-social support (PSS) group sessions and awareness sessions to promote mutual support, socialization, and positive coping strategies for displacement-affected populations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate PSS group sessions to promote mutual support, socialization and positive coping strategies
  • Support the designing and delivery of psychoeducational awareness sessions on psychosocial topics
  • Collaborate with other service providers and make appropriate referrals and follow-up
  • Foster community participation and engagement in psychosocial support activities
  • Identify and support local resources for community-based psychosocial support
  • Participate in capacity-building sessions
  • Contribute to developing and updating a service mapping system
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Protection Manager
Required Experience

1 year of experience in a Protection related field.

Qualifications

• Higher education in psychology or social work

Fluency in Ukrainian
Languages Preferred
Elementary level of English language or higher.
Contract Duration
3 months’ probation period with the possibility of extension
