Overview
This internship offers an opportunity to gain experience in recruitment and staff development within an international organization. The intern will support various HR initiatives, including learning and development, talent acquisition, and HR digitalization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support staff learning and development initiatives, including LMS and learning resources.
- Maintain and update learning materials, communications, and online content.
- Organize and coordinate virtual and in-person training activities.
- Collect, compile, and analyze learning and training feedback.
- Contribute to the preparation of learning resources, career development materials, presentations, reports, and staff development content.
- Support talent outreach and employer branding activities.
- Assist with online career fairs, webinars, and recruitment outreach initiatives.
- Contribute to initiatives attracting diverse candidate pools.
- Participate in meetings, events, and career fairs, assisting with logistics and note-taking.
- Support HR communications, intranet content, user guides, and HR documentation.
- Assist with HR digitalization, automation, AI initiatives, and process improvement research.
- Support the preparation of HR-related presentations and reports.
Required Experience
- No prior professional experience is required.
- Relevant professional experience or academic exposure to Human Resources is an asset.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 tools (e.g. Teams, SharePoint, Outlook) is an asset.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and basic social media analytics is an asset.
- Experience with website content management, basic design tools, or audio-visual editing is an asset.
Qualifications
- Completed at least two years of full-time study at a university or equivalent institution leading to a degree in human resources management, business administration, social sciences, communications, marketing, law or related field.
- Applications may be made up to two years after the completion of a bachelor’s, master’s or doctoral degree.
- Strong interest in Human Resources, particularly in Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, staff engagement, or organizational development, is required.
