Overview

The role is responsible for managing people and culture activities, providing advice on employee lifecycle matters, and supporting strategic HR initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage people and culture activities in accordance with the People & Culture strategy and work plan.
  • Act as the primary P&C partner for an assigned client portfolio, providing end-to-end advice across the employment life cycle.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of corporate and regional P&C strategies.
  • Support the delivery of P&C service areas such as recruitment, job classification, performance management, learning and development, career development, or HR analytics.
  • Partner with business owners to design and deliver learning solutions.
  • Use HR data to generate insights that inform strategic decision-making.
Required Experience

At least 5 years of relevant work experience in human resources, legal affairs, administration, human resources business partnering, recruitment, job classification, performance management, learning and development, talent management, people analytics, organizational development, diversity and inclusion and other related fields.

Qualifications

Master or equivalent (Advanced University Degree) in Human Resources Management, Social Science, Law/Legal Studies, Business Management, International Relations, Psychology or another related field is required.
