Overview

The Fuel Management Associate G6 role contributes to the strategic and operational management of fuel within the Country Office in Haiti, ensuring the reliability of data, compliance with established procedures, and continuity of operations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily fuel distribution, stock movements, and record-keeping across all sites.
  • Ensure fuel agents adhere to SOPs, safety standards, and documentation procedures.
  • Collect, compile, and validate daily, weekly, and monthly fuel data from all sites.
  • Maintain accurate records of physical stock, stock cards, and systems.
  • Initiate replenishment requests based on alert thresholds and trend analysis.
  • Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of fuel equipment.
  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor operations and compliance.
  • Supervise, coach, and train Fuel Agents in the field.
Required Experience

Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, fuel-related operations, warehouse management, stock control, or operational support functions. Experience in field operations and multi-site coordination is highly desirable. Prior experience in supervision or management of operational personnel is an asset.

Qualifications

Secondary school diploma, ideally supplemented by a university or technical degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field. Additional training in fuel management, stock management, or operations management is an asset.

Proficiency in French and Haitian Creole (oral and written) is mandatory.
Languages Preferred
Working knowledge of English is desired and considered an asset.
