Overview
Accomplish various general administrative support tasks to ensure staff receive the support they need.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, sort, and distribute mail, reports, and other documents.
- Respond to common inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
- Proofread documents such as standard reports or correspondence.
- Propose a set of standard general administrative support activities.
- Make travel reservations or assist in organizing events.
- Assist in managing office files, documents, and archives.
- Perform general data entry tasks.
Required Experience
At least three years of administrative work experience.
Qualifications
Completion of secondary education.
