Overview
Assist in the development and management of UNHCR Korea's digital and DRTV fundraising content marketing strategy to acquire new donors. Monitor performance, analyze data, and support campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist to set up and maintain UNHCR Korea’s Digital and DRTV fundraising content marketing strategy.
- Assist to develop and produce all types of Digital and DRTV fundraising content and campaigns.
- Archive UNHCR Korea’s Digital and DRTV fundraising assets.
- Support other units with Digital and DRTV fundraising campaign elements.
- Monitor performances of all Digital and DRTV fundraising content activities.
- Provide performance analysis reports on Digital and DRTV fundraising content results.
- Assist to develop and maintain the content database.
- Assist to plan, develop, and execute Digital and DRTV fundraising strategies and annual plans.
- Assist to implement all types of Digital and DRTV fundraising campaign activities.
- Research, identify, and run any new digital fundraising platforms/channels and micro-donation sites.
- Work with various partners, media agencies, and suppliers.
- Support administrative tasks including procurement, vendor contracting, and payments.
- Perform other duties as required.
Required Experience
- Minimum 1-year relevant experience with High School Diploma; or 0 year of experience for Bachelor or equivalent or higher
- Previous work experience in digital content/media/platform/agency/NPO would be preferred.
- Experience in delivering digital/social content marketing campaigns;
- Experience in fundraising or income generation by marketing program implementation;
- Experience in producing digital/online content (e.g., online ad campaigns, blogs, videos, Facebook, etc.).

• University degree in preferably marketing, advertising, or communication preferred
