Overview
The International Criminal Court Staff Union Council is seeking a motivated intern with a strong interest in communications, storytelling, and digital engagement to support how the Staff Union communicates with its members across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting communications (e.g., internal emails, announcements, newsletters, updates) for staff;
- Drafting and editing written content for the Intranet website;
- Assistance in the support of meetings and preparation of minutes and summaries to be taken;
- Support the preparation of communication materials for meetings, campaigns, and events;
- Assist in managing and updating digital communication platforms;
- Contribute to visual content creation (graphics, basic layouts, or presentations);
- Help documents outcomes of discussions, decisions, and initiatives;
- Support storytelling through photography, short videos, or multimedia content where relevant.
Required Experience
Practical experience that is relevant to the work of the Staff Union Council may be considered an asset, but should not exceed 3 (three) years.
Qualifications
Candidates are expected to be currently enrolled in, or a recent graduate of, a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Communications, Media, Journalism, Marketing, Web design, or in related areas.
