Overview
The National Digital Transformation and MIS Consultant will provide coordination, technical support, and facilitation for digital transformation projects, focusing on the national Social Protection MIS.
Key Responsibilities
- - Advance the development and implementation of digital transformation projects.
- - Provide hands-on coordination, technical support, and facilitation.
- - Focus on the national Social Protection MIS.
Required Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in designing, implementing, or advising on data management systems, national and international systems.
- Experience working with government stakeholders, providing technical advisory services, and strengthening institutional capacity.
- Proven ability to conduct capacity building, including training, mentoring, and producing technical documentation and SOPs for non-technical users.
- Experience working in complex humanitarian or development environments, with the ability to navigate constraints and propose practical, sustainable solutions.
- Familiarity with modern development and delivery practices (e.g., Agile methodologies) and project management with the ability to guide teams in applying best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear guidance for decision-makers.
- Experience working in complex humanitarian or development environments, with the ability to navigate constraints and propose practical, sustainable solutions.
- Demonstrated experience supporting or advising on national-level cash transfer programmes, social protection systems, or other large beneficiary-based systems (highly desirable).
- Background in system assessments, gap analysis, and producing clear technical recommendations and implementation roadmaps (highly desirable).
