Overview
Accountable for all aspects of operational management of a large format store, driving growth and development in line with values and strategy. Leads and empowers a team to maximise income generation and deliver a positive customer and donor experience.
Required Experience
- Experience of working in a large format stores or multi-sites, driving significant revenue across multiple products and large teams
- Experience of managing performance of others and enabling people to develop, grow and achieve their potential, including increasing diversity and inclusion in teams and / or workplaces
- Operational management with a focus on consistent delivery of standards and processes
