Overview
The consultant will support the implementation of two flagship education programmes in Greece, focusing on skills development and school safety. The role involves providing technical and operational support, including training facilitation, data analysis, and report drafting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery and facilitation of trainings and workshops for youth, educators, school communities, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Assist with the collection, analysis, and interpretation of programme data and feedback.
- Contribute to the drafting, editing, and dissemination of reports, presentations, communication materials, and knowledge products.
- Support the organization and implementation of dissemination, outreach, and awareness-raising events.
Required Experience
- Proven experience in the organization and delivery of skills development trainings & capacity building sessions targeting education workforce and students
- Proven experience in blended learning methodologies and the use of EdTech / digital learning tools
- Proven experience in primary data collection (qualitative/quantitative), data analysis and report drafting for programmatic and policy purposes
- Programme coordination
- Liasing with government actors
- Synthesizing evidence for the production of knowledge products
- Developing educator manuals
Qualifications
PhD in Education, instruction design, digital learning, linguistic studies or other relevant fields
