Overview
Support the UNEP Finance Initiative (UNEP FI) Nature programme team with human resources, administrative, and operational tasks, including logistical, documentation, reporting, data management, and coordination support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support team on travel, including preparation of travel requests and maintenance of travel schedules and overviews;
- Provide HR operations and administrative support, including updating Terms of Reference, supporting recruitment processes, and onboarding new team members;
- Maintain and update internal trackers and tools, including donor reporting tracker, development pipeline, events tracker, and other team monitoring tools;
- Coordinate timely submission of project narrative and financial reports to donors in collaboration with programme and administration teams;
- Support project development and implementation through preparation and updating of proposals, presentations, and documentation;
- Coordinate contractual and administrative processes with implementing partners;
- Organize and coordinate team meetings, including scheduling calls, updating agendas and participant lists, and supporting internal team coordination;
- Support general team operations, including document management, data tracking, and internal communication activities.
Required Experience
A minimum of two (2) years of progressively responsible work experience in administrative or programme support and project coordination, particularly for donor-funded projects or other international organizations is required.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Professional training in project administration would be desirable.
