Overview

The DTM Enumerator will support the implementation of DTM Flow Monitoring Surveys by collecting data on migrants, asylum seekers, and refugees in Greece.


Key Responsibilities
  • Update information on flow monitoring points (FMPs).
  • Collect GPS points of FMPs.
  • Liaise with DTM Focal Point for Greece and other IOM staff.
  • Compile and report information on migrants and refugees.
  • Conduct Flow Monitoring Surveys using Kobo application.
  • Comply with DTM’s FMS Guidelines.
  • Report weekly on activities and encountered realities.
  • Report monthly on activities and against established target.
  • Respect IOM’s Data Protection Principles.
  • Perform other assigned duties.
Required Experience
  • High school diploma with at least three years of experience, or first-level university degree with at least one year of experience.
  • Experience in the field of vulnerable groups and/or migrants.
  • Previous experience in conducting personal interviews with migrants or others.
  • Experience in writing reports and documents in English is considered as an asset.
  • Previous experience with international organizations, NGOs, EU Agencies is considered as an asset.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or first-level university degree.
  • Advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in migration, social sciences, anthropology, sociology, humanitarian action or related fields is desirable.

Languages Required
Fluency in written and spoken English and Greek is required.
Languages Preferred
French, Arabic, Bangla, Tigrinya, Somali, Urdu, Pashto and other languages are considered as an asset.
Contract Duration
2 months, within the timeframe from 01 July 2026 to 15 October 2026.
