Overview
Seeking an international consultant to conduct an evaluation of UNICEF Mongolia's Country Programme (2023-2027) to inform future programme design and improve performance.
Required Experience
- A minimum of 15 years of expertise in development program evaluation.
- Leading at least three UNICEF Country Programme evaluations, preferably in the East Asia and Pacific Region.
- Evaluation experience in at least two of the following programmatic areas: Health, Nutrition and Development, Education, Child Protection, Climate Change and Social Policy and Evidence.
- Substantial experience in implementing a range of qualitative and quantitative data collection techniques and methods in programme evaluations, including survey implementation and field studies.
- Experience in evaluating programmes in Mongolia would be strongly preferred.
Qualifications
• Master's degree in International Development, Public Administration, Development Programme & Evaluation or any related social science discipline.
