Overview

The Programme Associate provides specialized programme and administrative support to facilitate the development, implementation and monitoring of UNICEF's programmes. The role focuses on data analysis, budget tracking, reporting, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective delivery and compliance with organizational rules.

Required Experience
  • A minimum of six years of administrative or clerical work experience is required and any other related fields.
  • Prior experience in programme support functions is an asset.
  • Relevant experience in a UN system agency or organization is considered as an asset.
  • Relevant experience at country level, particularly in development, fragile settings and humanitarian contexts.
Qualifications

Completion of secondary education is required, preferably supplemented by technical or university courses related to the work of the organization.

Knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian or Spanish) or a local language is an asset.
