Overview
The role serves as a Multi-Stakeholder Partnership Coordinator to support the Co-Chairs of the EEC Water Multi-Stakeholder Partnership (MSP). The purpose is to facilitate the development and implementation of concrete projects, policies, and financing mechanisms to enhance water security in the Eastern Economic Corridor.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct support to MSP Co-Chairs in strategic leadership.
- Develop and refine strategy and implementation plan for the EEC Water MSP.
- Ensure delivery of concrete projects and programs along three workstreams.
- Monitor program progress and ensure quality of activities and deliverables.
- Support identification and mobilization of local technical resources.
- Facilitate convening of the MSP Steering Committee and organize workstream meetings.
- Lead stakeholder engagement process at senior levels.
- Maintain active dialogue with relevant parallel initiatives.
- Identify and develop partnerships for resource mobilization.
- Develop and implement a communication strategy and outreach agenda.
- Support knowledge management regarding multi-stakeholder processes and water resources management.
- Synthesize lessons learned and facilitate cross-learning.
- Prepare detailed work programs, budgets, and assist in preparing Terms of Reference and tender documents.
Required Experience
- At least 8 years of relevant professional experience in executive leadership, project management, or strategic consulting.
- A minimum of 5 years working with the private sector, driving innovation, digital transformation, or large-scale strategic initiatives.
- Proven experience working with diverse stakeholders at senior levels, particularly with key Thai Government Ministries, regulatory bodies, financial institutions, multilateral institutions, and large private sector corporations.
- Solid understanding of the political economy, business environment, and regulatory landscape in Thailand.
- Ability to quickly grasp water policies, strategies, and institutions within the Eastern Economic Corridor context.
- Excellent program management and executive leadership skills, including experience managing complex initiatives and delivering within tight timelines.
- Proactive and results-focused work style with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to drive innovation, manage digital platforms, or mobilize private capital.

Qualifications
• Master’s degree in business administration, management, technology, engineering, natural resource management, economics, or a related field from a reputed accredited institution.
