Overview
Seeking an Extended-Term Consultant to support the development of global indicators on the institutional capacity of public institutions, focusing on how institutions function and providing recommendations for improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Substantially contribute to the development of methodologies and tools for analyzing public institutions.
- Manage databases, including harmonizing survey data and integrating secondary data sources.
- Prepare dashboards, graphs, and short analytical products.
- Contribute to selected outputs such as policy notes, reports, and PowerPoint presentations.
Required Experience
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience working on data and analytics in government or a development organization.
- Experience across key aspects of data science.
- Experience and knowledge of methods of data collection, analysis, and dissemination, especially as they relate to public sector management.
Qualifications
• PhD (or close to completion) in economics, political economy, public policy, public administration, or a relevant discipline.
