Overview

Seeking an experienced and versatile Product Owner to collaborate with end users and business partners, translate needs into product requirements, define product vision, create roadmaps, and oversee product creation stages.


Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into product requirements and features.
  • Create product vision, product roadmap, and maintain/prioritize product backlog and user stories.
  • Drive product execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment on product direction.
  • Deliver regular status updates, identify risks, and reflect changes in requirements and priorities.
  • Plan and execute updates and future releases using a data-driven and agile approach.
  • Prepare estimates, communicate costs, oversee product development stages, and lead user acceptance testing.
  • Engage with Design and Digital Acceleration teams to incorporate needs, trends, and feedback.
  • Assess impact to end users and change management needs.
  • Develop measurable and actionable product KPIs aligned with business goals and user objectives.
  • Monitor client needs, industry trends, Bank priorities, KPIs, and user feedback.
Required Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years product management experience with a Master's degree in business, computer science, or a related field, OR Bachelor's degree with 7 years of product management experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and operationalizing product strategies and managing the full product lifecycle.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and launching technology products in large-scale environments.
  • Solid understanding of IT development lifecycles and methodologies.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with team members across boundaries and contribute productively.
  • Able to use strong interpersonal and teamwork skills to cultivate effective relationships and partnerships.
  • Proven ability to define and track key performance indicators relevant to the product and business goals.
  • Mastering data analytics tools to measure client satisfaction, team velocity, and product metrics.
  • Strong presentation and collaboration skills with proven record of leading meetings and influencing stakeholders in multicultural environments.
Qualifications

• Master's degree in business, computer science, or a related field, combined with a minimum of 5 years product management experience, or bachelor’s degree with 7 years of product management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
