Overview
The Associate Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for managing Windows Endpoints through the implementation of robust systems, focusing on supporting and promoting service quality and consistency across endpoint environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and engineer Windows endpoint management solutions.
- Resolve complex issues and provide expert technical guidance.
- Drive service improvements by identifying systemic issues and implementing sustainable solutions.
- Define and execute endpoint management product operations and third-tier support.
- Review and manage documentation of product features and user stories.
- Participate in sprint planning and reviews.
- Strengthen team collaboration through knowledge sharing.
Required Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on Windows Endpoint management experience
- Scripting skills in Powershell
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience (for example in IT field: Bachelor’s Degree with min 1 year of related work experience).
