Overview

Provides administrative and customer support within the Facilities Management and Transport Section, supporting various units including Commissary, Fuel Station, and Wellness Centre.


Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and review applications for Commissary access and fuel RFID tags.
  • Inspect incoming containers and fuel deliveries.
  • Process new and renewal applications for Commissary access.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints via email, letter, and telephone.
  • Maintain an efficient filing system for COU activities.
  • Order consumables for COU.
  • Maintain the unit’s leave records.
  • Book COU official visitors.
  • Assist with data collection, analysis, and preparation of presentations and reports.
  • Assist with visualizations and updating information material.
Required Experience
  • A minimum of three (3) years progressively working experience in customer service and front desk operations is required.
  • The minimum years of relevant experience is reduced by two (2) years for candidates who possess a first level University degree.
  • Experience in customer support using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is required.
  • Experience working with vendors and clients in cooperate, local Non-Governmental Organizations or International organization is desirable.
  • One (1) year or more of experience in data analytics or related area is desirable.
Qualifications
  • Completion of High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Supplementary training in front office operations is desirable.
  • Supplementary courses or training in Business Administration or a related field is desirable.
