Overview
Provides administrative and customer support within the Facilities Management and Transport Section, supporting various units including Commissary, Fuel Station, and Wellness Centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and review applications for Commissary access and fuel RFID tags.
- Inspect incoming containers and fuel deliveries.
- Process new and renewal applications for Commissary access.
- Handle customer queries and complaints via email, letter, and telephone.
- Maintain an efficient filing system for COU activities.
- Order consumables for COU.
- Maintain the unit’s leave records.
- Book COU official visitors.
- Assist with data collection, analysis, and preparation of presentations and reports.
- Assist with visualizations and updating information material.
Required Experience
- A minimum of three (3) years progressively working experience in customer service and front desk operations is required.
- The minimum years of relevant experience is reduced by two (2) years for candidates who possess a first level University degree.
- Experience in customer support using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is required.
- Experience working with vendors and clients in cooperate, local Non-Governmental Organizations or International organization is desirable.
- One (1) year or more of experience in data analytics or related area is desirable.
Qualifications
- Completion of High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Supplementary training in front office operations is desirable.
- Supplementary courses or training in Business Administration or a related field is desirable.
