Overview
The Fund Raising Officer (Key Account Management) will lead the Brazil Key Accounts Management team to provide stewardship to corporate partners and drive growth in partnerships. The role aims to ensure effective relationship management for income and programme impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide people-centered supervision and day-to-day leadership to the UNICEF Brazil Key Account Management Team.
- Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of key corporate partners.
- Support team performance and development by setting clear workplans, providing regular supervision and feedback, and coaching staff.
- Coordinate the allocation and monitoring of partner portfolios within the Key Account Management Team.
- Work in close coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure partnerships are implemented, renewed and reported.
- Identify and escalate partnership-related risks and issues.
Required Experience
- A minimum of two years of relevant work experience at a professional (officer) level in fundraising/resource mobilization, marketing, advertising, sales, public relations, account management, brand management, business development or other related fields.
- Proven experience in successfully negotiating and managing large partnerships and delivering on or exceeding ambitious income targets.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and motivating a team.
- Strong capabilities in corporate fundraising, partnership management and engagement.
Qualifications
• Completed bachelor’s degree or equivalent (First Level University Degree) in marketing, advertising, business administration, economics or related field is required.
