Overview
Support the YuWaah section by carrying out procedural, administrative, and operational tasks to help develop, implement, and monitor the country programme, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate processing of contracts for consultants, vendors and external partners.
- Collect invoices and filing documents for approval and processing.
- Prepare and maintain records, documents and control plans for monitoring project/programme implementation and financial expenditures.
- Support the management of administrative supplies and office equipment.
- Provide travel assistance to staff members for travel arrangements and entitlements.
- Carry out transactions in VISION ensuring programme results, activities and programme coding are as per annual work plans (AWPs).
- Support capacity development activities, meetings and conferences by making logistical arrangements.
Required Experience
At least 5 years of relevant work experience in Administration, program administration, contract management, procurement, vendor management, travel coordination, records management, financial administration, event logistics, partnership management, office administration. and any other related fields.
Qualifications
Completion of secondary education is required, preferably supplemented by technical or university courses related to the work of the organization.
