Overview
This consultancy will support the reinvigoration and operationalisation of the Global Education Practice Talent Management Strategy. The consultant will work under the supervision of the Senior Adviser (Education) for Global Management and Partnerships.
Required Experience
- A minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible professional experience in talent management, workforce planning, organizational development, or human capital strategy, preferably within international organizations, the UN system, or comparable complex institutions.
- Experience in the education sector or education development field is considered an asset.
Qualifications
• An advanced university degree (Master’s level or equivalent) in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Public Administration, Management, Education, Social Sciences, International Development, or a related field.
