Overview
Support Power Platform service delivery and administration initiatives for a global workforce, driving operational efficiency through platform governance and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, configure, and maintain the full Power Platform stack and Azure-integrated environments.
- Provide guidance, governance guardrails, and support for citizen developers.
- Oversee and administer connector configurations and integrations with enterprise systems.
- Administer the ALM process, including environment provisioning and solution deployments.
- Enforce DLP policies, security best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor capacity, performance, and environment health.
- Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and platform administration best practices.
Required Experience
- 2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated success administering, configuring, and supporting enterprise-grade Power Platform and Dynamics 365 environments at scale.
- Understanding of secure platform operations lifecycle, environment management, and modern DevOps/ALM practices.
- Analytical skills to troubleshoot environment issues, flow failures, and integration bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Recommended Certifications: Microsoft 365 Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals; ITIL v4 Foundation; SAFe Practitioner; Cloud Engineer or DevOps Certification (e.g., Azure Developer Associate, Azure DevOps Engineer).
