Overview

Support Power Platform service delivery and administration initiatives for a global workforce, driving operational efficiency through platform governance and management.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, configure, and maintain the full Power Platform stack and Azure-integrated environments.
  • Provide guidance, governance guardrails, and support for citizen developers.
  • Oversee and administer connector configurations and integrations with enterprise systems.
  • Administer the ALM process, including environment provisioning and solution deployments.
  • Enforce DLP policies, security best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor capacity, performance, and environment health.
  • Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and platform administration best practices.
Required Experience
  • 2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated success administering, configuring, and supporting enterprise-grade Power Platform and Dynamics 365 environments at scale.
  • Understanding of secure platform operations lifecycle, environment management, and modern DevOps/ALM practices.
  • Analytical skills to troubleshoot environment issues, flow failures, and integration bottlenecks.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Recommended Certifications: Microsoft 365 Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals; ITIL v4 Foundation; SAFe Practitioner; Cloud Engineer or DevOps Certification (e.g., Azure Developer Associate, Azure DevOps Engineer).
