The Lead IVY Advocacy Campaign Coordinator will steer content planning, webinar development, and execution of a national social media advocacy campaign in Malawi to promote volunteerism.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive content plan and calendar.
  • Lead the conceptualization, technical set-up, and development of the campaign's webinar series.
  • Coordinate the work of support volunteers.
  • Liaise with webinar leads, speakers, and facilitators to synthesize key messages.
  • Oversee the creation of briefs for graphic designers.
  • Ensure all campaign messaging is consistent.
  • Monitor campaign progress against the work plan.
Required Experience
  • Advanced professional experience (3+ years) in strategic communications, high-level public advocacy, or complex campaign management, preferably within the development or non-profit sector.
  • Proven track record of producing and managing large-scale virtual events or webinar series.
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
  • Deep understanding of digital content strategy and social media ecosystems.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate diverse, remote teams at a senior level.
Qualifications

• An advanced degree in Communications, Marketing, International Development, or a related field.
