- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and food storage areas.
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and preservation practices.
- Regularly clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and working surfaces.
- Monitor stock levels of food items and kitchen supplies.
- Ensure proper storage to minimize wastage and spoilage.
- Maintain records of food consumption and stock usage.
- Ensure the kitchen environment is organized and safe.
- Maintain and report on the condition of kitchen equipment.
- Support in setting up meals during meetings, workshops, or special events.
