Overview
Produce three professional, high-quality training videos for Local Youth Council members in Albania, covering legal and institutional basis, composition, rights, responsibilities, and practical engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Review scripts and content structure.
- Participate in coordination meetings.
- Coordinate with OSCE PiA and National Youth Agency to identify events for filming.
- Prepare a production plan with deadlines, schedule, locations, equipment, and graphic concepts.
- Capture footage at youth events and individual segments.
- Ensure high standards of lighting, sound quality, and video framing.
- Edit recorded footage into clear, well-structured modules.
- Integrate graphics, titles, subtitles, animated infographics, and interactive design elements.
- Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions.
- Deliver finalized videos in formats optimized for online publication.
- Deliver Albanian and English subtitles.
- Ensure correct logo placement and branding.
Required Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven professional experience in video production, including filming, editing, and post-production.
- Demonstrated experience in producing educational and training content.
- Proven capacity to manage the full video production cycle (pre-production, production, and post-production).
- Experience in integrating subtitles, graphics, animations, and branding elements into video products.
- Ability to deliver web-optimized video formats suitable for online learning platforms.
- Experience working with public institutions, youth-focused initiatives, international organizations, or development projects is considered an asset.
Qualifications
• University degree in film production, media, communications, audiovisual production, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
