Overview
The role involves designing and developing content and scripts for three training videos aimed at Local Youth Councils in Albania. The videos will cover the legal basis, roles, rights, responsibilities, and practical engagement tools for LYC members.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed scripts for three training videos (2-3 minutes each) covering legal basis, roles/rights/responsibilities, and practical engagement tools.
- Propose and review visual concepts with the videographer, developing infographic concepts.
- Review, revise, and finalize video scripts with the National Youth Agency and OSCE PiA.
- Support the videographer during recording sessions to ensure script accuracy and timing.
- Submit final versions of the three video scripts.
Required Experience
- A minimum of five (5) years of relevant professional experience in developing training curricula, educational materials, or video-based learning content, particularly in the fields of youth governance, civic participation, local governance, or related areas.
- Strong knowledge of youth governance, civic participation, or local governance frameworks in Albania, including familiarity with Law 75/2019 “On Youth” and its 2025 amendments.
- Experience in scriptwriting for educational or training videos is an asset.
Qualifications
• Advanced university degree in social sciences, public administration, law, education, youth studies, or related field.
