Overview
This assignment focuses on strengthening data collection and analysis, knowledge management using digital/AI approaches, and enhancing public partnerships for children in Viet Nam.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to data collection and analysis focused on project outcomes and impact.
- Develop internal evidence library, consolidating case studies, evaluations, and reports.
- Support the creation and consolidation of knowledge platforms, products, and communication materials.
- Assist in documenting briefing notes, lessons learned, and promising practices.
- Conduct analysis of public partnerships trends and support mapping of key public sector opportunities.
- Develop and maintain briefing notes and partner profiles.
- Conduct check-ins with sector teams to collect updates on proposals.
- Compile and validate pipeline based on check-ins.
- Support preparation of monthly pipeline summaries.
- Contribute to fundraising proposals, donor reports, visibility materials, data collection, analysis, and new Country Programme 2027-2031.
Required Experience
- 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience and interest in international development, data, comms, non-profits, information management or communications is an advantage.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in or equivalent in Public Policy, International Development, Business Administration, Social Science, Political Science, or related field.
