Overview
The individual contractor will deliver improvements to the TiSSTAT platform, including scalable documentation, streamlined maintenance through automation, a redesigned interface, and stable operation of version 1.6.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert MS Word documentation to ASCIIdoc.
- Design and implement a button generation tool.
- Redesign the UI/UX of the questionnaire and software interface for versions 1.6 and 2.0.
- Deploy TiSSTAT in Bhutan, Indonesia, Mongolia, and Papua New Guinea.
- Monitor and resolve full-stack bugs, apply security patches, and respond to support requests for TiSSTAT Version 1.6.
Required Experience
- At least 7 years of proven experience in developing and maintaining content applications using Angular and backend services with Spring Boot (Java).
- At least 7 years of experience working with MS SQL Server.
- At least 7 years of proven experience in migrating and managing technical documentation using ASCIIdoc.
- At least 7 years of experience providing ongoing maintenance and technical support for production software.
- At least 7 years of proven experience in UI/UX redesign based on user feedback.
Qualifications
Advanced university degree, Master, in IT software engineering. Specialization in mathematics or statistics is required.
