Overview
Provide specialized, comprehensive support to programme implementation in Kassala state, ensuring timely and accurate execution of project activities in compliance with organizational rules and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support programme implementation, including situation analysis, research, and data collection.
- Build and sustain partnerships with government counterparts and national stakeholders.
- Monitor finance and budgetary aspects of programme activities.
- Undertake budget and expenditure data analysis and prepare reports.
- Support the implementation of rehabilitation/construction works, procurement, and selection of personnel.
- Support the formation of Public Private Partnerships.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and events.
- Prepare minutes, progress reports, and other documentation.
- Provide general office assistance, including translation.
Required Experience
- A minimum of five (5) years experience in project management of TVET programs development is required.
- Experience working in Aroma city or Kassala state and familiarity with the social context, local cultures and sensitivities is desired.
- Experience in national and/or international organizations in the area of emergency management is desirable.
- Knowledge of UN systems and modalities is desirable.

Secondary education/University Degree in Management or related field
